$60 For a six week exercise program

$120 For a twelve week exercise program

Small Group Training

Group training is an incredible way to remain accountable to your workout routine while becoming closer to a friend, family member, or even spouse. The same focus and attention is implied in these session of 2-3 people. Every exercise is tailored to the skills and abilities of the clients! So no worries about an exercise being too difficult for either participant. 

Many clients find that group training is an easier way to begin their fitness journey. Beginning an exercise routine with a partner not only makes commitment more likely, but creates a more comfortable and familiar environment. 

Two Person Group Session Rates:

$90 for a single session ($45 per person)

$425 for a 5 session bundle ($42.50 per person/per session)

$800 for a 10 session bundle ($40 per person/per session)

Three Person Group Session Rates:

$120 For a single session ($40 per person)

$570 for a 5 session bundle ($38 per person/per session)

$1050 for a 10 session bundle ($35 per person/per session)

Group Sessions can be performed at Doc’s Gym or in home per client request.

1 on 1 Personal Training

Whether you have an event to lose weight for, a dream to become a better athlete, or just want to begin exercising but don’t know where to begin. Personal 1-on-1 training will give you the individual attention you need. Every exercise program is tailored specifically to the client, your likes/dislikes, and you're individual goals. In this setting we focus on perfecting the technique of each exercise and educating the client on the basics of exercise.  

At Rise Fitness we offer a few different types of 1 on 1 training: Resistance training, weight loss/gain, cardiorespiratory training, and Kickboxing. Any of these modalities can be performed in the gym or in the comfort of your own home through in-home training.

Personal session rates:

$50 for a single session

$225 for a 5 session bundle ($45 per session)

$400 for a 10 session bundle ($40 per session)

Personal Sessions can be performed at Doc’s Gym or in home per client request.
